Cancellation Policy

Safety notice: uneven ground, potholes and low-light areas. Wear suitable footwear and use a phone torch when needed. Some sessions are delivered by independent, self-employed teachers. If your session is with an independent teacher, your contract is with that teacher, not Vivo Music Studio. Contact the teacher directly for cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, lesson queries, safeguarding queries, or complaints. Studio emails are for scheduling only. Kamilla Dunstan sessions: cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the start time. With 24+ hours’ notice you may reschedule (subject to availability) or receive credit. With less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show, the session remains chargeable and non-refundable. If Kamilla cancels, you will be offered a reschedule or refund if paid upfront. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Sessions with Kamilla are paid to Vivo Music Studio unless agreed otherwise in writing. Late arrivals still finish at the scheduled end time. All users attend at their own risk, including while arriving, parking, and walking to/from the studio. The premises include uneven surfaces, potholes, steps, changes in level and reduced visibility, which may increase the risk of slips, trips and falls. Users must take reasonable care for their own safety. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and for drop-off/collection. Children must not be left unattended before or after sessions. Parking and personal belongings are at the owner’s risk. Please treat the studio, instruments and equipment with care. Damage caused by negligence may be charged. Respectful behaviour is required. No photo, video or audio recording without consent. Vivo Music Studio takes reasonable care but accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury except where caused by proven negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded. By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.
