Cancellation Policy

Important: Independent Teacher Sessions Some sessions at the studio are delivered by independent, self-employed teachers. They are not part of Vivo Music Studio. If your session is with an independent teacher, contact that teacher directly for cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, lesson queries, or complaints. Studio emails (confirmations/reminders) are for scheduling only and do not make Vivo Music Studio the contracting party. 24-hour cancellation policy (sessions delivered by Kamilla Dunstan) - Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time. - 24+ hours: reschedule (subject to availability) or credit. - Under 24 hours or no-show: chargeable, non-refundable. - If Kamilla cancels: reschedule or refund give if paid upfront. Bookings and payment A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. Sessions with Kamilla are paid to Vivo Music Studio unless agreed otherwise. Sessions with independent teachers are paid to the teacher. Lateness Late arrivals still finish at the scheduled end time. Studio use Arrive on time and leave promptly. Treat the studio and equipment with care. Food and drink only in designated areas. Negligent damage may be charged at repair/replacement cost. Personal belongings are brought at the owner’s risk. Under-18s Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection. Children must not be left unattended before or after sessions. For one-to-one sessions with under-18s, a parent/guardian must remain on site unless agreed in writing. If a parent/guardian leaves without agreement, the session may be paused or ended and may remain chargeable. Behaviour and recordings Respectful behaviour is required. Aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in a session ending and may remain chargeable. No photos, video, or audio recording on the premises without prior consent. Liability and complaints Reasonable care is taken to provide a safe environment. Vivo Music Studio is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from misuse of the studio or failure to follow these terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Teaching content for independent teacher sessions is the responsibility of that teacher. Studio issues should be raised with Kamilla; teaching, cancellation, or refund issues for independent teacher sessions must be raised with the teacher. Agreement By booking or attending, you agree to these terms.
