Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For all lessons, including consultation lessons, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or the student does not attend, the lesson remains chargeable and non-refundable. This includes illness, travel issues, diary conflicts, forgetting the booking or changes of plan, unless Kamilla Dunstan chooses to make an exception. If Kamilla needs to cancel, a rescheduled lesson, credit or refund will be offered where appropriate. Late arrivals still finish at the scheduled end time and are charged in full. Booking Terms: Vivo Singing Studio, formerly Vivo Music Studio, is operated by Kamilla Dunstan as the sole teacher. By booking or attending, students, parents and guardians confirm they have read, understood and agreed to these terms. For under-18s, a parent or guardian must remain on site unless agreed in writing. Children must not be left unattended before or after lessons. Parents/guardians are responsible for safe drop-off, collection and supervision outside lesson time. Dogs may be present on the private grounds/property. Please tell Kamilla before booking if the student has allergies, fears, medical needs or assistance dog requirements so this can be discussed in advance. Respectful behaviour is required. Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or disruptive behaviour may end the lesson immediately, with the lesson remaining chargeable. No photography, video or audio recording is allowed during lessons or on the premises without prior consent. Images, videos or identifying details of under-18s will not be shared publicly without parent/guardian consent. The studio is on private grounds with a driveway, parking areas, paths, steps, uneven ground, potholes, wet surfaces, reduced visibility and other outdoor hazards. Visitors enter and remain at their own risk and must take reasonable care when arriving, parking, walking, waiting and leaving. Parking is at the driver’s own risk. Vivo Singing Studio and Kamilla Dunstan accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or incidents involving vehicles, belongings or property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Damage caused through negligence, misuse, careless behaviour or unsafe driving may be charged at repair or replacement cost. Nothing excludes liability where unlawful.
